- Abstract
- The article analyzes the environmental development of the Khabarovsk Territory from 2000 to 2018, which showed that the targets of regional eco-policy for reducing anthropogenic impact in the region were not achieved, and there were no discrepancies between the rates of economic growth and anthropogenic impact on the environment. When developing a new regional eco-policy until 2030, which provides for a course towards "new industrialization", it is proposed to introduce regional forecast eco-indicators for the main economic sectors, based on technological indicators of the best available technologies.
