- Abstract
- Using predictive estimates of the number, structure, eco-class, engine type, as well as the characteristics of vehicle movement, a rated model (implemented in the COPERT V program) and the results of assessing the level of negative impact of the road transport complex in Chelyabinsk under two scenarios (baseline and target) in case of implementation measures to improve the city's transport system. It was found that by 2030, compared to 2019, both emissions of pollutants (up to 2.05 times) can be reduced if the target scenario is implemented, and consumption of motor fuel and greenhouse gas emissions (from 20 to 32.8 %).
