- Abstract
- It is given analysis of radio elements mounting technologies on printed boards such as: through - hole technology, surface mounting technology and internal mounting. Comparative characteristics of these technologies are shown. Furthermore, various capabilities of radio electronics devices microminiaturization are analysed. Moreover, the printed boards designed in various technologies are given. It was showed, that internal mounting is the perspective technology.
