- In light of the modern tendencies of the development of Russian Federation industry, the possible directions of increasing the efficiency guard rope of staff by means of applying the specialized software are considered. The comparative analysis of functional capabilities of the present software intended for development of staff and testing of its professional qualities (on an example of formation of collections in a system Greenstone) is executed.
