- Abstract
- The work focuses on the analysis of encapsulation of cyberphysical systems into production systems. The trends in the transformation of industrial automation to a decentralized structure are illustrated. Systematization and generalization of the role of the production management subsystem in the era of digital transformation was carried out. A comparative analysis of functional models of cyberphysical production systems with classical ones was carried out. Recommendations are given on methods for integrating cyberphysical and production systems into a single whole. The approach of system coordination of digital production subsystems is proposed, which ensures their complementary interaction. It has been shown that the use of digital twin technology can be a solution for implementing dynamic communication between digital production control subsystems.
