- Abstract
- It is shown that the results of a study of the morphological composition of municipal solid waste (MSW), obtained by different authors, often differ greatly, although the studies were carried out in the same locality at different container sites for the accumulation of MSW from the population. This fact is explained by the imperfection of the research methodology. An acceptable method for studying the morphological composition of MSW is substantiated, which allows obtaining reliable data on the composition of municipal solid waste.
