- Abstract
- An analysis of the most dangerous errors and consequences was carried out, for the reasons for which some important, unrecorded event (accident, emergency) occurred (or may occur). The basic concepts in assessing uncertainty are presented. A brief description of the main object and subject of uncertainty research is given. Possible methods for taking into account uncertainty are considered. A methodology has been formulated for assessing uncertainty and risk in ensuring the comprehensive security of the Arctic regions of the Russian Federation. Issues of information and analytical support for industrial and natural safety of critical infrastructures are considered.
