- Abstract
- The electrodynamics of low-temperature plasma with the quantized longitudinal electromagnetic field has the dimensionless quantum parameter. It is the dimensionless charge which is inversely proportional to the mean squared electron velocity. Its value is larger then unity. Thus, all the theoretical results to be obtained by a perturbation technique are doubtful.
