- Abstract
- Various aspects of the accelerated decision of a resources and environmental problem of creation in Russia own manufactures of rhenium as strategic rare metal of the XXI century are considered. The condition of foreign manufacture of rhenium from traditional raw sources, ways of its extraction and the basic tendencies of manufacture - consumption are analyzed. In Russia similar manufactures can be operatively created as accompanying on the operating enterprises for treatment of various sulfide copper-bearing and polymetallic raw materials (Urals Mountains, Kola, Norilsk, etc. regions). Economic efficiency and the ecological safety of these manufactures considered from various positions, is provided with recommended extraction, besides Cu, Mo and Re, all complex connected with it of especially valuable microcomponents, many of which are toxic. Involving possibilities in industrial use nonconventional, but perspective for our country of sources of rhenium are considered. Recommendations on realization of the research-and-production problems formulated by authors necessary for the decision of a problem of rhenium are resulted.
