- Abstract
- Recent data on background concentrations of heavy metals and soil contamination norm-setting has been analysed. The results of morphological and chemical studies of soils Tukaevsky District of Tatarstan has been stated and the maps of spatial distribution of heavy metals in the surveyed area has been plotted. Analysis of the data has shown that median values content of heavy metals in soils are suitable for use as a regional background.
