- Abstract
- The article describes the problems of user authentication and authorization processes in information systems in accordance with the Oauth2.0 authorization protocol paired with the OpenID Connect authentication protocol. The aim of this research is to develop an enhanced authentication scheme based on OpenID Connect protocol, associated with subsequent authorization based on the Oauth2.0 protocol. A distinguishing feature of the proposed solution is a provision a higher degree of security through the use of a second authentication factor. It also takes into account common security issues with authentication implementations based on the OpenID Connect protocol.
