- Abstract
- Analysis of heavy metal content of linen products will help to develop a comprehensive methodology for assessing the permissible content of heavy metals in flax and flax products. It will aso help to adjust the technological modes of flax processing, ensuring compliance with international standards. Offers on increase in number of normalized indicators - maintenances of heavy metals in the ecological standard on linen production are developed and scientifically proved. The reasons of formation of mechanical defects on the linen fabrics connected with a catalysis by cations of heavy metals (first of all Fe3+) the radical processes leading to decrease of durability of a fibrous material are established. It is established that use complexing at stages of processing of flax will allow to lower the maintenance of heavy metals in linen production to normalized indicators. Recommendations about change of the technological modes providing the maintenance of heavy metals at level of normalized requirements are offered. Offers on increase in number of normalized indicators - maintenances of heavy metals in the ecological standard on linen production are developed and proved.
