- Abstract
- The article proposes a new design of a low-height suction with a uniform suction spectrum using a leveling element. The conditions for carrying out and the results of both numerical and full-scale experiments are presented; based on the results of processing experimental data, the most rational operating modes of the suction and its geometric parameters are determined, and recommendations for its use are given. The experimental results showed that the use of the proposed suction design makes it possible to reduce the unevenness of the velocity field in relation to the standard rectangular suction to 3.
