- Abstract
- Studying of nitrogen vacancy systems and structure defects (such as dislocations, topological defects) influence on dosimetric characteristics of thermoluminescence diamond detector was carried out. The following characteristics of the detector were studied: signal vs absorbed dose function linearity, sensitivity, degradation of thee stored charge with time. Diamond samples of IIa type produced by HTHP and CVD technologies were considered. Also parameters of thermoluminescence were calculated for a set of different samples.
