- Abstract
- The features of assessing uncertainty and risk in managing industrial and natural safety of arctic regions and critical infrastructures are noted. Risk-oriented approaches to taking into account uncertainty in emergency situations for various control systems are considered. The position of the software package for assessing uncertainty and risk within the framework of the integrated security management system of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation is presented, and a generalized algorithm for solving a typical problem of uncertainty assessment is proposed.
