- Abstract
- The features of existing decision support systems for personnel selection are considered, their shortcomings are identified in relation to the automation of personnel provision processes. A specialized decision support system for personnel selection is developed, its structure is described. The results of the implementation of the developed system in JSC EKOPSI are presented.
