- Abstract
- The problems of design and manufacturing technology of optical coatings with a gradient refractive index have been studied. The advantages of the pulsed reactive magnetron sputtering method and the results of its application for the deposition of subwavelength optical coatings with a longitudinal nanogradient of refractive index are discussed. The application possibilities of these coatings in avionic devices, spacecraft, photonic protection are shown.
