- Abstract
- Technological and constructive fragments of manufacturing of plasma evaporation dispenser cathodes for powerful multi-beam klystrons are presented. Some characteristics of cathodes and parameters of devices, and also results of the accelerated forecasting of durability of cathodes in the nominal and forced modes are given.
