- Abstract
- An approach to integrating methods combining a digital twin of a technical system, artificial intelligence algorithms, and a PLM platform for early defect prediction at the design stage is proposed. A software module for automatically identifying critical deviations in gearbox design has been developed, generating recommendations and updating design documentation in PLM. Using a gearbox model as an example, it is demonstrated that the proposed approach reduces technical risks, accelerates the development cycle, and reduces the cost of identifying production issues.
