- Abstract
- The article proposes an approach to ensuring the guaranteed implementation of the national space program's activities for the deployment of an orbital constellation (PrROG) of small spacecraft (SSC) within the established timeframe. A methodology has been developed to minimize the costs associated with attracting additional investments during the control of the implementation of PrROG processes.
