- There was shown the possibility of creating lacquer coatings based on suspension polyvinylchloride exchange chlorinated polyvinyl chloride resin, which is characterized by the production of major toxic products into the atmosphere. It has been create the technical requirements for the new brand with PVC-4000M for the production of paints, distinguishes from chlorinated polyvinyl chloride resin lower cost and environmentally friendly. Mastered the industrial production of PVC-4000M for the production of coatings.
