- Abstract
- Existing methods for measuring radiation levels dont account for daily and seasonal fluctuations. Based on the analysis of the results of year-round survey of the radiation situation in residential assessed the degree of radiation safety, which showed that 68 % of the surveyed areas of natural radiation sources cannot exceed the average dose to the population. For a correct assessment of the radiological risk areas must take into account daily and seasonal variations.
