- Abstract
- A study was conducted to develop an automated duty assignment information system for an organization with a complex hierarchical structure to optimize the work of employees involved in duty assignment. The purpose and functionality of the automated duty assignment information system's components were determined. A system architecture model was developed, consisting of a set of graphical diagrams based on C4 notation. The proposed solutions can be used during the design phase of an automated duty assignment information system for an organization with a complex hierarchical structure.
