- Abstract
- The article proposes a methodology for justifying the acceptable level of protection for multi-purpose vehicles when using additional protection measures. This methodology allows for obtaining a numerical indicator of the vehicle's level of protection when installing additional protection measures in combat zones. This task is crucial because a quantitative assessment of the vehicle's level of protection provides comprehensive information about the feasibility of using additional protection measures and their impact on the vehicle's performance at a predetermined level of protection. When solving problems related to the choice of an acceptable level, it is proposed to use the concept of security as an integral operational property of an object based on multi-criteria optimization. The methodology involves decomposing the characteristics of the additional protection tools used according to the security property, followed by analyzing the final results using the additive method.
