- Abstract
- The article deals with a task of subjects' rights management in the process of transboundary electronic interaction, it presents interpretation of this topic problematic and urgency. It gives ge-neral requirements to rights management infrastructure and peculiarities of rights management in a transboundary mode. Phenomenology of management of rights vested in electronic negotiable documents is briefly presented as well. Rights management technology based on attribute certificates is considered. The article also describes an order of attribute certificates utilization to ensure authorization and management of rights vested in electronic negotiable documents.
