- The article is dedicated to a problem of operating risk management task realization in real-life environment of business process organization, when classic methods of operating risk management, based on statistics, cannot be used or are ineffective. The given research was held in a frame of the contract № 13.G25.31.0096 with the Ministry of Education and Science of Russian Federation "Deployment of hi-tech manufacture of unstructured information processing in cross-platform system on the free software basis due to increase management efficiency of innovative activity of the enterprises in modern Russia economy".
