- Abstract
- To fulfill one of requirements of fluorine chemistry - monitoring an oxygen concentration in fluorine - a commercial oxygen content analyzer was used. The oxygen sensor is based on depen-dence of paramagnetic gas thermal conductivity on magnetic field (Senftleben effect). The paper describes calibration of the device.
