- It is offered the economic-mathematical model of manufacture of HR-policy of the company on the basis of the analysis of her internal document circulation with the subsequent decision making on optimization of her organizational pattern. In environment of simulation modeling MATLAB the algorithmic implementation of the obtained model ratio is conducted.
