- Abstract
- The problem of development automated information system for designing compounds of food products on the basis of the object-oriented approach is considered. In language UML the objective model for realization algorithm of designing compounds is developed. The program "Multifaz" for calculation and optimization compounds of confectionery products is presented. The example of calculation compound of wafers products with a functional purpose is resulted.
