- Abstract
- Solid solutions of Bi1-xREExFeO3 binary systems (where REE - Eu, Gd, x = 0.00-0.20, ∆x = 0.05) were obtained. The detailed investigations of dielectric spectra of obtained compounds at low temperatures were carried out. Anomalies of dielectric properties formation were discovered. Relations of observed phenomena with isosymmetrical phase transition between two monoclinic states in rhombohedral phase presence were suggested.
