- Abstract
- In the article, the variants of energy analysers integrating a high quality focusing with a high energy dispersion are suggested. Two dimensional and trans-axial field structures to be offered are solutions of inverse problems which are defined on the base of electron-optical properties to be desired. Some ideas and trends are given to design new systems with high quality electron-optical characteristics.
