- Abstract
- The combined (dual) barrier electric discharge is investigated in the air at an atmospheric pressure. It is created in the discharge chamber with two pairs of electrodes of different configurations. The electrodes are connected to two independent high voltage power supply. The plasma-chemical synthesis of ozone was investigated depending on the parameters of the discharge contours each. The analysis was performed in terms of effectiveness and practical application of the combined barrier discharge.
