- Abstract
- Mathematical simulation of line integration IR array readout integrated circuit (ROIC) has been implemented. PSpice analysis program of electronic circuits was used for the investigation. Output signal fluctuation due to control lines noise has been investigated. An additional output fluctuation effect connected with scanner jitter which was experimentally encountered earlier was explained while simulating.
