- Abstract
- This article describes the top-down design methodology for complex industrial products and the principles of automation of the individual steps in this process by the example of rocket and space technology and integrated solutions such as CAD Pro/ENGINEER with the Data Management system Windchill PDMLink. The article includes the descriptions of the features and resulting benefits top-down design methodology, the unique program-methodical complex for product design RST, utilization of which is illustrated by examples of top-down design methodology in the SRP SRC "TsSKB-Progress".
