- Abstract
- Consideration is given to dependence of kinetics of photorefractive scattering of light in lithium niobate monocrystals with a congruent structure (LiNbO3), which are alloyed by photorefractive elements such as Cu [0,015 wt. %] and "unphotorefractive" ones such as Zn [0,5 wt. %], from the radiation power and from the bulya area. Experimental results show that properties of the monocrystal on the bulya volume considerably differ. Thus, the form of light scattering indicatries depends on the kind and concentration of the alloying impurity.
