- Abstract
- We developed methods of numerical simulation of planar electron- and ion-optical systems with nearly arbitrary configuration of electrodes, the algorithms and methods for high precision calculations assuring the distribution and gradient of the potential boundary element method are proposed. On the basis of these methods, the software for trajectory analysis of electron-optical systems has been created. The study of accuracy and errors of calculation has been made. Detailed testing of the model schemes comes into play.
