- Abstract
- Dielectric properties of solid solutions of binary systems based on sodium-potassium niobate in a wide range of external factors: temperature (25-750 °С), variable frequency (25-106 Hz) and a constant tension (up to 30 kV/cm) electric field measurement were investigated. Concentration of solid solutions, characterized thermal frequencies "behavior" and the nature of the reversible changes in the dielectric constant were distinguished. When using the analized material in the devices providing the bias variation of electric fields in a wide range of values of intensity of the direct and frequency of the alternating electric fields is needed to consider obtained results.
