- The analysis of modern condition of medical irradiation in Russia and in the world is given. The tendencies of change of medical irradiation level and criteria of risk are determined. The forecast is done concerning the further development of events. The basic problems of use of ionizing sources in domestic medicine and way of their decision are shown. The ways of perfection of radiating safety in medicine are offered.
