- Abstract
- The article gives approaches on maintenance of effective innovative development at the level of the organisation and states, recommendations about creation of the concept of development of structures with the consolidated capital are resulted. It is noticed that globalisation and an economic crisis are pernicious for the organisations using out-of-date economic mechanisms and technological decisions, and only most innovatively developed organizational-economic structures at the expense of created before competitive advantages find new economic-technological niches, create conditions for formation and development of the markets of the earlier not made goods, providing with that steady economic growth and promoting an exit from financial and economic crisis.
