- Abstract
- The crystal structure, grain structure (microstructure), electrical (dielectric, piezoelectric) and thermal properties of silver niobate ceramic composition of Ag1-yNbO3-y/2 (0 ≤ y ≤ 0,20) are investigated. A complex sequence of phase transformations within the homogeneity region (y ≤ 0,10), accompanied by anomalous changes in physical properties are considered. It is concluded that the dispersion relation of the observed phenomena above the Curie temperature with the electrical conductivity, and lower - with the motion of domain and interphase boundaries are.
