- Abstract
- The article describes the information technology of control over observance of terms of return of subscribers taken from library of information materials, as well as the principles and main features developed in the language of the library system MARK program FINES and monitor FINES, included in the composition, the functioning of the system. The program calculates FINES debt reader of books, and electronic media, taken in the library and time will not be returned. Monitor FINES operates autonomously and automatically reloads at night for the collection of statistical information, as well as notification of the readers about the emergence in the near future they have debts. Control of the storage subscribers taken from the information Fund of the library materials is included also in the process of servicing subscribers of the employees of the library and provides a lock of giving them new materials in the presence of the debt until its maturity.
