- Abstract
- The prices dynamics forecasting method for educational services based on fractal simulation of time series was developed. The created method is based on a collocation of information on a short time frame with generated multifractals for solving the problems of economy and prices dynamic forecasting. The construction scheme of a neural network for time series prediction in such systems is considered. The neural network analytical model of financial trends forecasting may be used for budget planning for a single university or any state integrally.
