- Abstract
- The article proves the work-out necessity and the advantages of innovative CIS program development to boost integration processes on a post-Soviet area. The authors suggest a project of a structure of the program and prove its important stages. Besides, the project structure of the program is complicated, that proves particularly that the program should become the base document for the CIS countries until 2020. The authors consider that it is the innovative development that should encourage the acceleration of international relations of the CIS countries, the growth of their economies, as well as to transfer them on a new technological stage of development and incorporate the CIS into the global economy as a strong scientific integration.
