- Results of quantitative - information research of information streams in physics in magazine " Applied physics " and in RJ VINITI Russian Academy of Science "Physics" (section " General physics " and " Physics of plasma ") are given. Thematic directions, dynamics and cumulative number of publications are determined. Modelling information streams is carried out on the basis of linear, sedate, exponencial both logarithmic models and to a polynom of the second degree. For magazine "Applied physics" terms of ageing of articles are determined, the basic are revealed profile domestic both foreign periodic and proceeding the edition; groups of authors are investigated and modelling their cumulative number is carried out. Similarities and distinctions in the data received for magazine "Applied physics" and RJ VINITI Russian Academy of Science "Physics" section "General physics " and "Physics of plasma" are shown.
