- In article the of organizational knowledge for development is analyzed. The structure of knowledge is associated with organizations' development levels. The following definitions were précised: the current knowledge, the knowledge of current interest, the fullness of knowledge required for the organization development. The role and problems of cognitive technologies using in the processes of organizational development are explored.
