- The analysis of dynamics and cumulative number of publications (CNP) in database (DB) SCOPUS for 1996-2007 is carried out. 43 thematic distribution of state of emergency are determined and conducting countries are revealed: USA, Chinese People's Republic, Japan, Germany and the Great Britain. Difference of these countries from the Russian Federation is shown. Decrease of thematic stare of emergency by 2006 except for mathematics, physics and astronomy is marked. On CNP in 2006 the greatest state of emergency of the Russian scientists fell to physics and astronomy, chemistry, engineering science, materials studies, biochemistry, genetics and microbiology, sciences about the ground space, mathematics and chemical technology. Modeling CNP of Russian on sedate model on data basis (DB) SCOPUS has shown that the greatest CNP had: physics and astronomy, chemistry, engineering science, materials studies, biochemistry, genetics and microbiology, sciences about the ground and space. Perspective scientific direction in the Russian science became mathematics, physics and astronomy, engineering science, materials studies, chemistry, sciences about the ground and spate, chemical technology, computer facilities, [reservation of the environment, power, biochemistry, genetics and microbiology. The regional geographic aspect of researches gas shown, that in DB SCOPUS for 1996-2007 on a background of growth CNP there was a reduction of number of publication for USA in 1997-2002, for Canada - in 1997-2001 and for the Russian Federation - in 1999. Conducting countries on CNP are USA, the Great Britain, Japan, Germany, Chinese People's Republic and France. Index Hirsh for 2007 has made for USA 614-45, for the Great Britain - from 304 up to 20, for Japan - from 266 up to 11, for Germany - from 281 up to 18, for People's Republic - from 230 up to 12, for France - from 230 up to 18, for Russian Federation - from 98 up to five (accordingly for these countries, from interdisciplinary sciences before processing and recycling of waste products), for Canada - from 225 up to 21 (from interdisciplinary sciences before space engineering). General index Hirsh on the countries changed as follows, since the greatest size: USA, the Great Britain, Germany, France, Japan, Canada, Italy, Switzerland, Netherlands and Sweden from 889 up to 232 (1-10 place). It for the Russian Federation was equal (18 place).
