- The strict continuity of ideas, concepts and research methods that form the content of any science, is the most important form of law and the development of scientific schools. The authors analyzed the current ideas about the scientific and military research educational establishments, justified and proposed a way to solve the problem of increasing the efficiency of the military high school.
