- Proposes an approach to construction of the formal apparatus allows to operate linguistic values of probabilities - linguistic calculus of probabilities. Expression of uncertainty of a probability measure in using language tools preferable to humans and eliminates subjective stage conversion of semantic objects in digital. Processing of the information in a computer approaching thought processes in the human brain. The approach can be used in the decision making process in the system of project management, in the early stages of project implementation, the deficit of information.
