- Results of the analysis of problems of innovative activity in the Russian Federation and, in particular, introductions are presented to economic circulation of results of intellectual activity in the Russian defense industry complex. Offers on their system decision, including on the basis of expansion of practice of creation and introduction of dual-use technologies, creation of Fund of sowing investments of OPK, improvement of system of technical regulation are developed.
