- Abstract
- The reasons of the low level of the legal protection and the using of the intellectual activity results, got as a result of the research and development financed by the state budget are analyzed in the article. It is proposed to adopt a number of new government regulations of the Russian Federation to eliminate these reasons. Adoption and implementation of the above mentioned regulations will help to achieve a significant increase in the economic efficiency of the budgetary funds to conduct research and development.
